01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

02Account Eligibility

To create and use an account on 999h555, you must meet all of the following conditions. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy each requirement and agree to notify 999h555 immediately if your circumstances change.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 999h555 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play, and we employ active age verification processes. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

Deposits made from accounts or cards that are not in your own name will be declined and returned. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited on 999h555. 999h555 does not charge any deposit fees, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

05Withdrawals

999h555 targets a withdrawal processing time of 60 seconds to Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts. IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from 999h555:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for PKR accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC review.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

In-play markets on 999h555 are offered as a convenience and 999h555 does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets during any event. In-play bets may be suspended at any point if there is a delay in the live feed or if the integrity of the market cannot be maintained. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be void regardless of the displayed odds.

6.4 Crash Games

All crash game rounds on 999h555 use provably fair cryptographic random number generation. The crash point hash is published before each round and can be independently verified. 999h555 does not control or influence crash outcomes. By playing crash games, you acknowledge the inherent risk of total stake loss if you do not cash out before the crash point is reached.

6.5 Settlement of Bets

07Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria. 999h555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an ineligible player's account at any time.

08Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

999h555 takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, collusion, match fixing and any conduct designed to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or 999h555 itself. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts on 999h555, whether in your own name or under a different identity, to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or play games on 999h555.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including in live Ludo rooms or card game tables.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or glitches in the 999h555 platform. Any player who exploits a known or discovered error must report it immediately and will not be entitled to retain winnings derived from such an error.

In the event of account closure by 999h555 for policy violations, bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned less any reasonable investigation costs as permitted by law.

14Changes to These Terms

999h555 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
